compatible only for Solo's 1974 Dodge Monaco police car with any lightbar types (ELS enabled).

Made from scratch using CorelDRAW X5 by Solo's 1974 Dodge Monaco template from Rockstar Games' default LC NOoSE paintjob replacing noose.wtd.
