This mod is requested by AgenBlaze for LCPD version of Spidereon's 2011 Dodge Charger R/T Max Police (I can make two of them, as the the LCPD and LCSO paintjobs are also available and made by outsid3r4).
Includes NOoSE and NLSP version based from Lt. Caine's Buffalo mod (BUFF-V1.0) and R*'s original noose.wtd file, using custom text, made using CorelDRAW X5 (replaces noose).
