The Ballas DriveBy Mod
Within a radius of East Los Santos , there are drivebys
by Ballas In a purple Tahoma.
They will follow and shoot tec9s.
They will only spawn between 22:00 and 06:00 hrs
You cannot be on a mission.
You cannot be on a gangwar.
You cannot be on a jetpack
You cannot be on a flying vehicle.
You cannot be on a boat.
If you have over 2 wanted stars , they drive away.
If they are in the vehicle.
If you kill them , you can retain the Vehicle.
