Here I have the four textures that replace the present textures used in the bus shelters. Open SparkIV and open * GTA / pc / data / maps / props / roadside / sign.img * by double clicking on "sign.img". Enter "busstops" in the filter search box, and the single ec_busstops.wtd will come up. You can either replace it with the provided .wtd file, or you can double click "Edit" and switch the pictures yourself (you don't have to have the same name, as long as the dimensions are the same, everything will be okay).
