Here is a CCSO (Crawford County Arkansas) skin for the Crown Victoria.
Use Spark IV or Open IV to install.
Replace any if not all of the police signs located in your vehicle's file with this one, then your good to go.
I recommend using this car:
"CVPI-V7.2J-ELS", it goes great with this skin. But you can use it with any CVPI you want.
Crawford County uses all blue lights.
