How to install
1.Open sparkiv or openiv
2.Go to cdimages
3.Click on vehicles.img
4.Find the police or police2 file (or any other file that is the car)
5.Replace the tx_body_sign_1,tx_body_sign_2,tx_body_sign_3 and tx_body_sign_4 with this skin
6.Enjoy! :)
