Custom Licence Plate for GTAIV made by me
(HairiPRO97) (UPDATE FIXED)
********INSTALLATION*********
1.Open up vehicle_generic_detail2 with any photo editor ( Photoshop Recommended )
2.Place your name ONLY in the licence plate like in EXAMPLE folder or else your game will crash
3.Save as PNG format
4.Then open up SparkIV or OpenIV
5.Replace = (vehicle_generic_detail2 , vehicle_generic_detail2_normal and vehicle_generic_detail_spec) file in(pc/models/cdimages/vehicle.img/vehshare.wtd)
and u done
Note: always make a backup first before install!!!
p/s : if anyone want to make name on bike, go check on the videos from css172 .. :D ... Master of Stunts
