Changes the surface properties of the ground by decreasing friction so that vehicles will slide more as if they are on ice. Has different effects on each car but works best with the Infernus. Tweaking car handling files may also improve the effect of this mod.
To install backup "Surface.dat" in the Vice City Data folder then replace with the newly downloaded one from here.
