This version is the game "Grand Theft Auto 4" version "1.0.7.0" (in other versions not tested, but will probably work, probably correctly).
This archive contains two directories, "common" and "pc", which are optimized by replacing the original directories.
A set of files DOESN'T affect/improve the graphical component.
This assembly can add to you 5-10 FPS, maybe more.
