This is our first mod for GTA IV on PC. This allows the player to create an electrical shockwave that will shut down everything within 20m or so. This will affect all pedestrians, vehicles, and objects. As a bonus, you can use the shockwave ability inside a vehicle, in the water, and even in the air. Use Right-Control to create a shockwave. You can enter 'sw_showCommands' into the console to access mod options.
