This is ENB series for LOW SETTINGS and LOW computers. VIDEO ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dg-z7Al8STA ) Im a beginner so please dont post comments like (you suck,this is sh***) There is no d3d9.dll because thats the only problem that make game slow on low pc's. I made this mod for people who like ENB but unfortunatly dont have a good pc for it. so i just tryied to make it look like ENB. IF U DNT LIKE IT PLEASE DONT HATE ME... thanks.
