Description
This is a simple Fix for Grainy/Fuzzy Fences and Rails.
I made this mod especially for Patch 1.0.4.0.
It's already been fixed on patch 1.0.7.0. therefore, you don't need this on patch 1.0.7.0
Backup/Original File Included (1.0.4.0) but it's better to backup your own.
If you have Problems, just remove it.
My Game Resolution is 1024x768 so it's smoother with higher resolution.
