Recommended use OpenIV latest version 2. Open GTAIV/pc/models/cdimages/weapons.img, add new files "light_1.wdr & light_2.wdr" into weapons.img 3. Copy "FlashLight.asi" & "FlashLight.ini" into GTAIV Directory 4. Enjoy!!! 5.
