G-Texture - Create and edit GTA IV PC texture files This is an early release, it's pretty basic at the moment but you can create and edit textures files for the PC version of GTA IV. If you get an error message saying something along the lines of "D3DX9_40.dll missing" this means you need to update your version of DirectX. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Bugs found will be corrected Feature requests are very welcome.
