This is my first mod.
This mod replaces the rain by snowfalls and make a realistic winter atmosphere when it's snowing
Drizzle is replaced by light snow
Rain is replaced by moderate / heavy snowfall
The lightning-storm is replaced by a blizzard
And there is a new foggy effect, more "freezing" !!
In v1.01, the snow is a little more intense...
