The Changes Is:
1.Everyone Will 100%+ More Strong!
2.Player 10% Stronger (I Think)
3.Sniper Damage Is Decreased 75% From 2000 To 500 Damage
That's All If You Want A Backup Files Get It From Hard Vice Lvl 2.
Warning:You Must Finish The Game With Two Difficult Hard Vice This Mod So Hard For Example Keep Your Friends Close.
