Yes, it is. A new version of I.W.L In this one, there are new features in the air and in the sea. This is definetly the last version of I.W.L. In less than a month GTA V will see the light in PC so I believe that I am moving to V modding and almost everyone will start playing GTA V. You are free to modify any of my scripts, I believe that if everyone releases the source code of their scripts, the modding community will grow up and new modders will come. CHANGELOG AND NOTES(v1.4) -Fixed sound issues, now the weapons sound more properly. -tugboat replaced with the Ghost "missing" from GTAIII. -With 5 or 6 stars if you are driving a boat, Ghost boats spawns with FIB agents. -With 6 stars if you are driving a helicopter, Buzzards will show up(default annihilators still spawns) and be careful, the copilot has a rocket launcher to take your chopper down. The script is a bit more stable now, but it still has some bugs and errors. I fixed the most that I can. Have fun, and ¡Try to survive! see ya in Los Santos
