Note:
1.- You must use Spark IV Tool, Download from http://www.gta4-mods.com/tools/sparkiv-065-for-gta-iv-1010---1060-f4774
2.- Install it
Install:
Remember backup originals files
1.- Open SparkIV and replace w_M4.wdr and w_M4.wtd to C: \ ... \ Grand Theft Auto IV \ pc \ models \ cdimages \ weapons.img
2.- Save and rebuild
Optional 100 rounds Mag in WeaponInfo.xml
1.- go to C:\ ... \ Grand Theft Auto IV \ common \ data and open WeaponInfo.xml
2.- find M4 lines and replace clipsize="30" by clipsize="100"
