1) Download the Police Mod. 2) Extract the contents of the .ZIP file to your game's root directory. [The place where your GTA_IV.exe is] 3) If you don't already have an ASI loader, download xliveless from our homepage and extract that to the game's root directory. 4) Start GTA IV as you would normally and press numpad 0 (ActiaveMod button) to start the mod!.
