This mod is Where All the Cars speed really fast and then They crash with a Collision Course! To do this Step 1: Right click on the GTA 4. Step 2: Open File Location. Step 3 Go to Common Step 4 Open data Step 5. Find Handling.dat then Drag the Handling.dat To another File to keep it safe. Step 6 Take the HandlingHardSpeed.dat drag it and put it there and There you go! UPDATE 12/9/15 3:12 PM You need to change HandlingHardSpeed To Handling.dat Or Other wise It won't work if you don't change it.
