The new 13 NOoSE CVPI Paintjobs by Naruto 607
Another 13 NOoSE CVPI paintjobs with more designs and better positioning.
Again it's a rip-off from R* Games by monster875, so all credits goes to him. I just only editing the textures.
Now I'm including the CVPI MX7000 lightbar in non-ELS version, red-blue lights from Bxbugs123, and edited WTD file.
