GTA Gaming Archive

This is a mod that triples the number of pedestrians in all areas at all times. To install it go into the directory where you installed EFLC and then into common/data folder. (NOT the common/data folder of TLaD or TBoGT) and replace the existing popcycle.dat with the one in this archive. It's probably a good idea to rename the original with a '.bak' extension in case you want to remove this later.
