Description
Due to the lack of a "Never Wanted Cheat" like in VC and SA, I wrote this little script. Just copy the extracted contents to your GTAIIICLEO Folder. Press the F11 button ingame to toggle it on/off. There's also a text box appearing like with the original GTAIII Cheats.
